The Practice of Vedic Meditation is an ancient non-religious technique which started in India and is now practised by millions of people around the world.

I’m Michael Standish and am passionate about Vedic Meditation. It has profoundly changed my life and for the better. I first learnt ten years ago and in 2017 I trained as an initiator of the practice. I now offer courses from London and North Devon.

STEP 1.

FREE Introductory Talk

My free introductory talk in person or online is one of the first steps you can take towards becoming a Vedic Meditator. This talk is an opportunity to learn more about the practice and ask any questions you may have without any obligations.

STEP 2.

Meditation Course

The practice of meditation is taught during four 90 minute sessions over four days, either in a small group or privately one to one. This is done in person. You will receive your mantra and learn everything you need to know to meditate .

STEP 3.

Lifetime Membership

Once you have learnt how to meditate, you will have a tool that you can use throughout your life. You can join any Vedic group meditation worldwide in person or online. You will have my continued support, can ask questions and have access to further courses on knowledge on the Vedic view.
